  • Be in their original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Include photos of the defective area, the entire item, and proof of delivery.

We will evaluate the issue and provide a prompt resolution.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

If you decide to cancel or return an order due to a change of mind:

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • No restocking fee will be charged.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately before the order is shipped.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once an order has shipped, and refunds cannot be issued for items sent to the wrong address due to customer error.

  • The name and SKU of the item you wish to return.

  • The name and SKU of the item you would like to receive instead.
