I loved drinking the 2 different teas they were actually quite nice as I'm not really a hot drinker person. The 1st and 2nd night taking the purple evening tea was quite an experience they weren't joking when they say u get cramps haha but for me it was worth it and I actually took it every 2nd night.. The day tea I took x2 everyday for 14days and I drank this throughout my day.. I didn't notice the in my puku til after the 14 days not just that my appetite slowed dwn as well as my bloating had stopped.. I didn't do this for weight loss but just for my gut to get a good clean and that it did haha 🙂
This tea was an absolute game changer! This honestly helped me to fit into ALL of my jeans that were suffocating my stomach.
